S prípravou sme začali 2. augusta s hráčmi narodenými v rokoch 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003.Trénujeme 3x týždenne.
V tomto období sme sa zamerali na rozvoj všestrannej vytrvalosti, obratnosti, koordinačných schopnosti. Rýchlosť sme rozvíjali na základe frekvencie pohybov, rozvíjali výbušnú silu dolných končatín, odrazovú silu. Položili sme základy hry, vychádzali sme z hry mužstvá a techniky hernej činnosti jednotlivca- prebratie lopty, prihrávka, vedenie lopty, obchádzanie súpera, hra hlavou, odoberanie lopty, vhadzovanie z autu, streľba. Sústavne sme viedli hráčov k zodpovednému plneniu úloh vyplývajúcich z prípravy, správnemu vzťahu k spoluhráčovi, súperovi, spoločnému majetku. V oblasti taktiky sme sa zamerali na súhru vo dvojiciach, základy obsadzovania hráča s loptou, výber miesta vzhľadom k spoluhráčovi, priestoru a súperovi, riešenie herných situácií z hľadiska obrany i útoku, základné činnosti brankára, hra na malej ploche s dôrazom na výber miesta, stavanie sa, súhra v skupinách 3- 4 hráči, taktika prihrávania prízemných lôpt, správny smer, rýchlosť, časovanie.
V septembri začala súťaž Karty cup, poriadaná Českomoravským futbalovým zväzom, kde hrajú mužstvá zo Slovenska - MŠK Žilina, MŠK KNM, Juventus Závodie, z Česka - Hlučin, Opava, Vítkovice, Baník Ostrava, Frýdek Místek, Karviná, Rožnov, Třinec pre ročníky 2000 a 2001. Naše družstvo skončilo po jesennej časti na 8.mieste zo skóre 28: 36 o góly sa podelili Kopásek 15, Holáň 7, Mihálik a Kapitulčin po 2, Vlček a Smetana po 1. Vyhrali sme 2 zápasy, 1 remizovali a 7 prehrali, z toho 6 o jeden gól.
Momentálne ročníky 2000, 2001, 2002 trénujú v telocvični a umelej tráve ZŠ Clementisova a ročník 2003 v telocvični OU Murgašova.
